Astig Jerky

Astig Premium Jerky is the first and original gourmet Filipino jerky launched in the US. From its first market launch in January 2013 with three beef jerky flavors: Adobo, Tocino, and Spicy Tocino, the company has expanded its product line in February 2015 to also include Bacon Jerky.

The founder, Michael J. Robin, started making beef jerky in the early 90s, but it wasn't until he met his soon-to-be wife from the Philippines in 2005, that he fell in love with traditional Filipino recipes. 

They then established a business together in Southern California, experimenting until they found the perfect balance of Filipino flavors in beef jerky. Astig Premium Jerky only uses cattle from Southern California, that are never treated with hormones.
